Unique, triangular leaf segments that resemble a fish tail
Full, tropical appearance with multiple trunks from the base
Indoors usually 150–250 cm tall with good care
Location
Bright spot with lots of indirect sunlight
Also tolerates partial shade, but grows more slowly there
Avoid prolonged exposure to bright midday sun
Water requirement
Water regularly, but allow the top layer of potting soil to dry out slightly
Keep humidity slightly elevated for healthy leaves
Provide good drainage to prevent root rot

Not winter hardy, only suitable as a houseplant
