In pots usually 120–180 cm high, depending on trunk height and care
Location
Bright spot with lots of indirect sunlight
Also tolerates partial shade, but retains brighter leaf colours in sufficient light
Avoid prolonged bright midday sun to prevent leaf burn
Water requirement
Water moderately: allow the top layer of potting soil to dry before watering again
Water more regularly in spring and summer, more sparingly in winter
Can withstand drought fairly well, but not long-term wet roots.

Not winter hardy, only suitable as a houseplant
